Hotel Bristol 4 Sup - Benidorm

The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while soaking up the sun.

The bar staff were often inattentive, leading to long wait times for service, frustrating.

I did not like the room given as was by the lift and got hardly any sleep ,from 5-30am with doors banging etc

Had fantastic location close to everything, close to Mal Pas Beach. And we were just next door to beach and old Benidorm town and most areas.

The staff were helpful, assisting with room changes smoothly. Enjoyed the good British breakfast and tasty desserts. The overall ambiance was clean and modern, with comfy beds ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We have stayed 5* on Majorca,but the services were not any better. Reccommend to anybody.

2 single beds side by side - on wood floor - on casters! Not good when you want to ... "get close"!

The clean and modern decoration is inviting.

Our room was noisy. The air conditioning unit was old and very loud. We experienced many issues with the TV and had to ask multiple times for help.

Tastefully decorated room with nice views, a safe, a mini bar and central heating. Many things to like: comfy bed, outstanding food, excellent staff. Private parking onsite provided.

The staff were very friendly

I did not like about the checking in as they told me that I had not paid for the hotel and I wassent to another hotel for the night and at 01.30 am I was not very happy about the mix up .

The shower in room 117 has mould due to improper sealing of the glass screen, trapping moisture inside. Noise levels can be disruptive, especially with street commotion and early morning vehicles. While hot breakfast selections lack quality beyond basic options like toast and eggs, the view from some rooms may overlook a parking lot, limiting the scenic appeal.

the room was lovely with a fridge for cool drinks. the pool area felt too small.

Spent one night in a conveniently located hotel, perfect for family exploration. The spacious city view room impressed us. Dinner at the onsite restaurant lacked clear labels on dishes. Enjoy the vibrant location but consider breakfast for the best energy boost each day.
